This is the album of Caitlin's First Fourth of July-2004

This is our Fourth of July Dessert that I made. Its this recipe called Wave Your Flag Cheesecake, it was a recipe in tons of magazines,grocery stores, and all of that lately and looked good, so I made it. If you'd like to make it check the Philadelphia Cream Cheese website or the Cool Whip or Jell-o Brand website for the recipe. I added one thing to the recipe that it didn't include. I added some low-fat graham cracker pie crust to the bottom of the dessert to make it even better.

For the Fourth of July we went to Josh's Cousin Becky's home and had an indoor BBQ. Caitie got to try the dessert and she also had a hotdog bun which she likes with ketchup on it plus she had her normal range of baby foods and finger foods. The poor girlie was really tired and not feeling great because of teething so her Fourth of July was mostly eating and sleeping..but actually hey..sounds good to me. Oh and when we came home she finished off the night with some Fireworks on Tv and her favorite, the Wiggles.
